Our home builder over-tightened a spacer when installing a ceiling sprinkler head and it developed a major leak after a few years. I called Leon and he ordered the replacement part at his supplier and gave me simple instructions to fix the issue myself. Wow! This saved me $750 and only took a few minutes to fix.
