Moved here from the Bay Area and found this Gem by following a local food truck. Excellent beautiful clean grounds and the service is top notch friendly. I enjoy the summer concerts . Good food and friendly crowd . Being Portuguese I love these guys.

A very charming distillery. Unfortunately, the day we came in, they didn’t have any tastings or sampling. Bummer. However, we did just fine sampling different drinks on our own with the wonderful bartender. We stayed for several hours enjoying the tranquil ambience and the nice fresh air. We eventually ordered personal pizzas, which paired really well with the alcohol. The owner even stopped by for a drink and introduced himself. A big plus, is that we made a reservation through harvest host host and stayed the night in our RV on the property. We spent around $100 bucks and had a wonderful day that ended up being a pleasant night. Hoping we can make it back soon.

We have now stayed here a few times with the Harvest Host program. The staff is always welcoming and lovely. They are knowledgeable about the product and the mixed drinks are amazing! We first stoped here because we were intrigued by the idea of alcohol made from sweet potatoes. The liquor has a mild alcohol heat and a faintly sweet finish. Their gin is lovely, herbaceous with out being overly floral. I would highly recommend stoping here if you are in the area.

This was the second time that I’ve driven from Utah specifically to visit Corbin cash.
We took the farm tour this time. While it was pricey, it was totally worth it. We were very impressed by the attention to detail that goes into the farming and how that plays into the whiskey. David’s got a great thing going. Can’t wait to do a barrel pick with them. Also, the Bocanegra cocktail was so damn good. Highly recommended! Can’t say enough about this place.

The property is beautiful with winding paths with interesting stone work and trees. The owners were friendly, helpful and informative. They told me all about the different options to help me make a decision.

The highlight of the visit was undoubtedly the tour led by Dave, the owner and Master Whiskey Maker. His passion and knowledge were evident as he shared the intricacies of their whiskey making process as well as their barrel aging process. Unlike many other distillery tours, this one felt incredibly intimate and personal, giving us a rare behind-the-scenes look at the artistry and hard work that goes into each bottle. It is rare to get a chance to talk to the guy making the whiskey himself at a tour. Their bartenders and other staff were amazing and so friendly as well.

Tasting their offerings was a delight, but the cask strength ryes stood out as a true highlight. The depth of flavor and complexity in these ryes is extraordinary, showcasing the exceptional quality of their farm-raised ingredients and meticulous production process. Each sip was a testament to Corbin Cash's commitment to excellence.

In summary, visiting Corbin Cash Distillery is a must for any whiskey enthusiast. Such a fun place! Live music, and the owners are great people. Good food didn't hurt either. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun place that isn't a run of the mill bar. Picturesque atmosphere was very nice as well. I felt at home, and very safe while having a great time with my wife and friends
