Have placed a couple orders here the workers here are extremely sweet would have done a five-star but this time around I got a couple cuts of meat that were kind of expensive that was not sealed correctly and got ruined brought it to the company's attention and they will not exchange for correctly sealed meet so extremely bummed out had to re purchase same cuts to replace... Got a couple pics good seal vs bad got meet same day look at difference the seal makes in keeping fresh.

Ordered a 5 bone-in Prime Rib for a family gathering. It was trimmed, boned and tied back (with the bones). Cooked on my Trager for 6 hours and it was the best ever. So tender, juicy and flavor-town!

Some great items and some great prices. It's a little tiny storefront but don't be scared ask them for what you're looking for because they have it all safely stored away and all that's meaty deliciousness. 🙂 they had some great prices on lamb and oxtail which may make this my new go to place for meat
