Love The Factory!!! One of the best trampoline parks that my kids have ever been to! They have an arcade, batting cages, awesome jump areas and the best rock climbing setup ever! Super clean facilities offer a great place for birthday parties. Can’t say enough good things about The Factory and their rates are very affordable.

Had my sons party here and it was awesome! They handled everything, they were super helpful and friendly. Lily was so nice and anything I needed she handled it. There were older kids acting horrendous and they handled it appropriately and immediately. I'll definitely being having more birthday parties here! Well worth the money!

We went to the factory today, July 4th for my birthday and had a great time! The facilities were clean, it wasn’t crowded because of Independence Day and the staff was very friendly, especially Kole, who was incredibly nice and helpful! We will definitely be going back!

What a great place to kill a few hours or kill some small fears. Jumping was great, but these climbing walls? Man, was that a lot of fun. Employees from front to back were great.

We had a great time for our first trampoline play place. There were four of us including two toddlers just for a play day. Great prices and had a blast.

This was a perfect rainy day activity! We had a coupon from the Welcome Center too which saved us a few bucks. Our kids are 5 and 3 and 6 years old and under are free so that was another bonus for us. We spent under $50 for 2 hours of jump time. The kids got a lot of energy out and it didn’t break the bank. We also had fun playing arcade games. There’s party rental rooms too that looked really nice!

Been here 2 times. In May and then September. The AC was not working either time. Me and the other parents cut the day short just because of it.
