After a review of all of the premium pad print equipment suppliers for a very technically challenging project, we decided to use Deco Tech. Last week our equipment was shipped here and a few days later 2 technicians from Deco Tech arrived to set it up and train our staff. We could not have been happier with the equipment or training. Even though we had never seen a pad printer we were printing 2 color lenses with ease by the time they left and we have been doing so since then with excellent results. They are a great bunch of people, and that their word means something is refreshing.

So dealing with this company has been a real disappointment. We had been in communication for months before our trade show and paid for samples, however the communication was seriously lacking, we would ask a question and never receive a response, after a week or so we would reach out again, still nothing. Eventually we would receive a response that Ritchie was on vacation or something ( but no auto responder, so how would we know?). This lack of responsiveness caused serious delays as we got closer to the trade show we were told that they were running out of time ( because you don't respond to your emails!!!) they we would only be able to print 8 to 10 or our needed 150 skis for a trade show we had already invested heavily in, so we had no choice but to proceed.

Once we picked up the printed bottles is when the bigger issues became apparent. When I originally spoke with Greg, at length, I told him how important the quality was for us. He assured me that they could rise to the occasion and this is what they do best. He assured me it would be done on time and that it would not scratch off or run at all. Once we received the bottles we saw that the printing was rubbing off! In addition about 50% of the bottles have some pricing issue, either smudges, printed down the seam, uneven- the list goes on. I reached out immediately. Days later, I received a response that it was because out bottles were dirty! And that in the future they could clean them, but they will be an extra charge. No mention of fixing the current issue, just that it will be extra in the future. What How is that a thing? They were shipped brand new, and if that was needed Greg needed to inform us BEFORE printing.

To make matters worse they haven't responded to my email Sept 3. Its currently Sep 18. Terrible waste of time, please spend your valuable time and energy elsewhere.
