Came across this urn/box on Amazon for my baby whom I lost so this was supposed to be special. Online it looked to be great quality but when I received it in person I was greatly disappointed. Firstly, it was not properly packaged, just placed inside a small cardboard box with no protection at all, no label that said fragile, no bubblewrap...nothing. After being skeptical because of the lack of packaging my husband and I began to check the item for any damage and to check the quality which is where we found all these flaws. The tree of life symbol looks as though small chunks were carved out of it and not evenly textured throughout, there were small and large cracks throufhout the piece, and upon opening the box a chunk from the corner came off! This piece looks like it was dropped on the floor and then just glued back together. Very poorly made. I have reached out on Amazon so hopefully we can get our money back. One thing is for certain I will not be getting a new urn/box for my baby from this company.

I have just placed my 3rd order and I am extremely happy with the quality and pricing. I am concerned over their very high shipping prices because if they were lower, I would be able to purchase much more. That being said, I am hoping for the day when lower shipping costs will become available but I still very highly recommend New Age Imports. I had several questions on my first order and they were quick to respond and take the time to answer everything that I asked.

Wow!!!
That's my overall view of my experience with New Age Imports.
I was intrigued by the products and had a massive order, which I was terrified to place. I assumed the items would not be up to snuff or that there would be issues with shipping, packaging etc.
After a couple of months and with fingers crossed, I decided to place my order.
Not long after I received my boxes of treasures which took me several hours to go through.
Not only was everything there, but each item arrived in perfect condition, due to exemplary packaging.
The quality of products exceeded expectations on all accounts.
I will be making many future purchases. Love this company!

I used to buy a lot of incenses from this company.Loved natural smell and variety.Recently no matter what scent I buy,they just don't burn.Artisan Hand made,no burning at all.They are pretty expensive and I just keep on wasting money in hopes they will work.Sadly none of the scents work

Bought some dragons blood essential fragrance oil that the bottle states made in India and it is nothing like the dragon blood from India that I purchased in India. First of all the bottle was a clear bottle and the oil was transparent. The dragon blood I purchased in India was packaged in a dark bottle and was a dark reddish color. This bottle was neither and smelled like something else.
