Just did the tune on my '13 E550 using the handheld Cypher programmer. Really couldn't be any easier. Customer service was great, guys were easy to reach and talk to. Turnaround time was fast, even during the holiday period. So the car is completely different now.... way more responsive and fun. Sport mode is truly beast mode and it's hard to maintain traction when getting on it (even with relatively new PS tires). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this setup and the company as a whole.

…instead of waiting a month, I had to wait two months.
I ordered a detail, paid $40 for shipping, and when it arrived, I paid another $40 CAD, so almost $100 for delivery. But that's all nothing compare with what I ordered and I received something different from what was shown in the picture. Be careful, because this dealer is misleading and does not send what was
advertised.

Just had stage 1 w218 ClS550 today. They were quick to answer questions. They gave me a great price on a top rated tune. They shipped same day back to me. No engine lights or problems so far (slow drive in wet conditions). Very satisfied.
Update. Crazy fast, need better tires to manage the torque.

Did an ECU tune for my i8. The car picked up noticeably more power with no ill effects. Happy with the result. I was probably a pain the ass to deal with because I didn’t understand what the definition of race exhaust was, so they ended up having to do 2 different files, and they were still patient with me, and their product is excellent.

I took my 2016 S550 Coupe to Weistec this morning for ECU and TCU tune. OMG, my car is a total beast now! Acceleration is out of this world and shifting is a lot more crisp and precise. My car is so much more fun and exciting to drive. Its performance is better than the AMG S63 I drove a month ago.
Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable and professional. He patiently answered every question and concerns I had.
Guys, you can’t go wrong with Weistec if you want your car tuned.
