Pretty nice. Clean well stocked. Staff is friendly and polite. Of course at certain times it can be a mad house but that's the nature of a store like this. Overall I've had good experiences the handful of times I've been there

To buy a $3.57 stick of deodorant, I had to wait for an employee open the case. The employee then had to walk with me to the cashier.

The type of shopping experience is terrible and makes one feel like a criminal. I only had to buy the deodorant because of necessity. Did not want to buy anything else.

Sketchy parking lot and Workers who dont want to do their job 🤣 how you gone have everything locked up but get mad at a customer for asking you to unlock an item? Also, the carts suck and its usually always crowded.

I tried to return a TV to antioch That was a Christmas present. Just wanted store credit to get a better one, TV cost 138$ Never opened and about 2 weeks past 30 days which I did not know was a policy. They told me to go get the receipt or the original credit card It was purchased on and they could do it I've never seen Any other retail stores Not just give you store credit without a Receipt, I understand you guys have a lot of theft but this was not the case.I was gonna spend more money in your store. After going to my mother's and digging up the receipt.I decided to take it to the pittsburgh store because It was closer to her house The service's desk told me they couldn't return it Even with the receipt , I asked to speak to a manager which was an indian lady Who was very rude and could have Overrode it Considering it was never open And barely passed the 30 days, and they still carry the product on the shelf Which she tried to lie to me and tell me and tell me that they didn't. There is ways to verify that the product is the correct one. And she did not feel like doing her job She treated me very poorly like a criminal that was trying to get over. I will never come back to the Pittsburgh store and this is why Amazon is winning. Luckily when I took it back to the antioch store They were also not gonna return it.I asked to speak to a manager He was very polite and luckily returned it a yunger bearded white Gentlemen.. I ended up spending an additional five hundred dollars in the store for a bigger TV and mount. But Before the manager came the customer service people were very rude Telling me if I didn't like the policy I could call Corporate with a snooty attitude. I'm not a confrontational person and I do not ever leave reviews , but I was Pretty upset about the way this was handled that manager in pittsburg and the Quote on quote customer service employees in antioch And pittsburgh needs retraining I Was a manager at home depot for 8 years and I would never treat a customer like that. Thank you for your time Sincerely a honest customer.

We went to Walmart today and it was a ok experience we went in side and then we went to the costume to the aisle and then we were checking out the costumes and all the costume are messed up all over the place then we went to the electronics aisle and those are a lot of connections of stuff like computers, keyboards, controllers, headphones games and some consoles and they have a lot of the new games like Spider-Man two and they also have a lot of Christmas stuff and decorations for Halloween or Christmas and a lot of candy they also have and they were. They definitely have a lot of stuff but it stills is pretty dirty and a little expensive but over all it’s an ok store.

Has most of the stuff you need and a map at the entrance too.
If you feel like stopping in Pittsburg on a Saturday morning to detail your vehicle, this place will work fine. I bought window cleaning liquid, towels, gloves, and Red Bull all from here. Cashiers are friendly and fast too.
Nice clean restrooms with extra large stalls.

Walmart can no longer match in store to its own online prices.

I'm standing in store looking at the product I want, the associate in the department tells me they cannot sell it to me at the online price. They tell me to order it online and go back to the .com department to see if they'd be able to help me with it.

The online department says they can't fulfill the order until the next day and they can't convert the order to delivery.

No one is able to reach the supervisor coach brian who might actually have answers or be able to assist so they told me to wait for him until back from lunch. I've been waiting for 2 hrs now still no supervisor. They tell me to go to customer service to talk to someone else who has no solutions or answers.

Sadly I'm going to stick with Amazon clearly Walmart still doesn't have things figured out juggling the online and in-store dilemma. No answers and lots of waiting for someone no one can reach, while everyone was friendly this was a horrible customer service experience.

Please do something better.
