Extremely poor customer service.
I have a brand new PRV model R3XL which is malfunctioning and not controlling the water pressure. I reached out to the customer service and the agent replied that the problem is not with our product but your utility company, whereas my utility company had done a full one week of data gathering already to prove that the problem was not at their end.
Despite repeated attempts the customer service never replied back.
