We called Rotorooter with a drain problem in our kitchen sink. They dispatched a service tech, Israel, within 45 minutes he was here and working. He was very professional and explained the service and fees thoroughly . He worked clean, he even wore booties in the house. He worked quickly and explained what he was doing as he progressed. He finished the job in a timely fashion with no upcharge or extras. From the time of our first call until the job was done was only a couple hours. We are happy with the service and would recommend them to anytime with plumbing issues.

Israel was very curteous knowledgeable and, clean. I just had my carpets cleaned so he was very careful and used shoe booties. He diagnosed the problem quickly and went right to work. He also inspected another problem and made recommendations for the future. Very happy with the service.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Israel showed up to my condo and did a fantastic job. He was professional and knew exactly what to do to diagnose the problem that other another plumber just couldn’t fix. Not only did he fix the issue - he gave me tips on how to prevent it from happening again. If you need plumbing work, these are your guys!!!

Service was great and technician amazing. They arrived when they said they would and stayed to make sure everything was working.
The only reason it’s not a 5 star is the cost for running a snake was a bit high.
Like I said, absolutely no complaints about the service. ?
