It’s taken me 8 years to FINALLY post my review because I very rarely post. This is special though, I bought my hot tub from Spa Express 8 years ago and almost a year later I asked them to service my tub every other week. Derek and his team are outstanding. I am partially disabled and they have been really good to me. Making sure my tub is always running at its best, making sure the water is in good condition and balanced correctly as well as all components are in great working order. At my last service Taylor noticed a screw loose on my cover lifter and she made sure everything was tightened up and safe. Exactly the company I need in my life. They make suggestions to me that maybe it’s time to change the water, put in a new filter or any suggestions to make my life easier, which I appreciate very much. Derek answers every question I have and goes the additional steps if I’m not sure I understand. I truly trust them and with any mechanical issues Nate is wonderful. My relationship with Derek had to be built over the years, we had a couple of misunderstandings (they were on both of us) that we together worked at and worked on and man I’m glad I did. I have a lot of respect for businesses that can have an honest, open conversation that is mutually respectful and in the end feel like a win, win. After 8 years my tub is in really good shape considering how old it is and I would buy my next one from Spa Express. What are you waiting for, call them. You will not regret it! Transparent pricing, great people. I think I dealt with everyone who works at Spa Express, Derek (owner), Christina, Tony, and Nate...everyone was great. I had a lot of questions, called, texted, emailed, in person and was always replied to in a reasonable amount of time and got the answers I needed. I felt that this was by far the most transparent pricing on hot tubs in the area (Marin/Sonoma) that I found after talking to three other stores and lots of online looking. I also think that from my research the brands they carry are good.

Derek has moved our spa from house to house three times, and each time after hook up, it worked flawlessly. He's an easy guy to get along with which makes the entire process that much easier. All in all, I highly recommend Spa Express for any of your spa related needs.

Their tech came and turned on the water at the main where there was a leak and never turned it back off. $3000 water bill and the owner would NOT take responsibility or help. After numerous emails and calls. I gave up trying. This was completely their fault as no one else had been at the property, much less touching the water. Beware.
