Got tired of wasting my money on the cheap suction cup type radar mounts that don’t last. Bought the Blendmount type for mounting my Escort iX in my Porsche 911. A little expensive but the quality is top notch. Took about 15 minutes to install & instructions were thorough. Time will tell how well it lasts but for now, I’m satisfied.

*Update* just bought another one for my Ford F150 Lariat. Throw away the mount that Escort makes & buy these. They are top quality & last forever!

Tired of trying everything to make the suction cup work and finally decided to bite the bullet and get a blendmount for my escort redline 360c. The weight of the redline is substantial, so i added some loctite blue to the blendmount screws and now enjoy a solid dependable mount. Gone are the days of returning to my car on a hot day and seeing the unit dangling from the mirror tap, or worse.

I purchased a BV1-2001R mount for the Valentine V1 Gen 2. It's expensive but its a high quality product that comes with great instructions and is easy to install.

Another reviewer deducted 1 star because they used USPS. I live in Louisville, Kentucky. I ordered around 4 PM Monday. They shipped via USPS before closing on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday. That's outstanding service from J28 and the USPS. I had the V1 Gen 2 mounted in my vehicle by 1 PM Wednesday.

If you tired of your radar detector falling off the windshield on hot days, this is a beautiful solution. The design is well thought out and very easy to adjust depending on your rearview mirror hardware.

Looking forward to doing some driving and avoiding trouble with my V1 Gen 2 and the BlendMount.

They make an absolutely awesome product but I have to ding them a star for using USPS as a shipping service. Still baffles me why companies that make the highest quality products use the lowest quality delivery service.

But if you’re ok with that and you want a more streamlined look for mounting your radar detector or dash cam plus the ability to easily hardwire it to eliminate those birds nest cords then take a look at what they offer for your vehicle.

These guys make an amazing MirrorTap that I used to hard wire my Uniden R3 radar detector to my rear view mirror. 5 Stars. Thank you!!! So much nicer than running a charger down to my cigarette lighter and now i can use my cigarette lighter for running and charging my other devices! Clean and easy install. I’m super stoked.
