1) Prior to the event, Christina called and clearly prepared us for what would need to be filmed.
2) George arrived early, gave clear direction, and was fast and efficient with the shots he wanted to get. When it wasn’t his time to film, he was very kind, patient, and easy to work with.
3) After the wedding we paid for rush delivery, which they completed on time. They also were able to make small edits at our request with a very fast turn around, so that we had the exact highlight video we wanted.
4) If it matters, they are fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (this helped because my bride is Taiwanese).

We added on FIlman for videography 2 months before our wedding and I’m so glad we did! We initially were not going to have a videographer in order to save money however I really wanted one! Filman is more affordable than other places so that helped. Christina and her team were amazing and so easy to work with. We wanted our photographer to be the main person “staging” us and we asked them capture the moments “naturally” by video. Christina did exactly that! I was so impressed. Our final wedding video is amazing! I cry every time I watch the highlight video. I’m so glad we changed our minds and invested in video!

Both my wife and I have pretty high requirement and expectations for photos and videos for our wedding. But Christina and George totally shattered our expectation. We had a rare rainy day in bay area which added a lot of logistics complexity and we were worried about quality of the video. They executed perfectly on the day regardless the weather. The final video turns out to be quite amazing and the rain makes the whole clip especially unique.
