The guard chack team is nice and polite while The people at the checking have become lazy. They are not organized, and during shift changes, the employees are rude, asking drivers to wait for up to 30 minutes. They seem to be only joking around and not focused on doing their job.

Trash is always trash, even if you add a bottle of perfume on it!
So slow loading:)))
It took 20 minutes for each pallet to put it in the trailer!
Bad place is always bad and we can’t make it better!
I wanted to say nothing, but I have to admit that this is a real tough place to pick up or deliver a load here!

Love absolutely love picking up loads here ample of room to dock, arrived 4hrs early got a door right away, never had to wait long. I actually told them I’ve got all night wanting to watch the football game AND STILL IMMEDIATELY GOT A DOOR. One of the easiest facilities to come to!!! Kinda think the lady in the receiving office is cute too

I had a great experience! Everyone was friendly from start to finish. I received a door right away, and I was loaded with paperwork in an hour and 45 minutes. They have a few parking spots outside of their property. Plus, there are numerous truck stops on the 395.

Call these people before coming here. I checked in. They said my appointment had been pushed from the 24th to the 26th. Fmr. I almost had a 34 reset in too. Hope I can find unpaid parking. This place is a Desert in more was than one.
They have some parking that you Have to use along the fence. If you don’t park there. They will Not check you in.

This place has the most space to back than anywhere I been in California can’t ask for much else. Security was pleasant to interact with, they told me to put the seal and bols in the trailer so idk about the receiving office, when I pull off if the papers aren’t in the trailer I’ll go searching for the office.

I haven’t been here in a couple of years and it’s still the same. I was hoping that maybe they have gotten better here No it’s the same. I don’t think they will ever learn how to load a trailer in a timely manner.

I've had mixed results here, leaning towards negative, more often than not.

Good Day: They'll let you dock early if they don’t have many trucks scheduled or if they have plenty of open docks. Loading is 1 to 2 hours in this case. The guards are always nice folks. The shipping/receiving office is nice. Decent restroom, some cheap vending machines, and even a coffee maker and microwave for the drivers.

Bad Day: They're slow and/or busy. They don't want you to check in early and will ask you to leave and come back an hour before your appointment time. On these days, loading is usually 2 to 4 hours, but it can be longer if they goof around. The office staff, while friendly, has a tendency to disappear here. You may end up waiting at the window for a while.

Overall: While everyone here is very nice, they're often slow. The bad days outweigh the good. Be prepared to wait a long time to load or unload. Eat before coming here, bring food as needed.
