This place sucks ever since they fired all the old staff and put all the Indian transplants in. These guys spend their entire shift talking on their phone or in the back not paying any attention to the register. Saw someone walk out with a handful of snacks after waiting for assistance for like 6 minutes and the employee didn’t notice a thing

I set the pump, and when it stopped. I noticed my car took 13.7 gallons, which is more fuel than usual. When I removed the pump, approximately 3/4 of a gallon of fuel spilled out of the pump nosel and my car gas filler tube. It spilled all down the side of my car, the ground, and my feet. I went inside the gas station, and when I told the female gas station attendant what happened. She shrugged her shoulders and said, "That sucks I can't do anything about it. Sounds like u did something wrong. " I drive about 1000 miles a week. I am more than familiar with how to pump gas. After i left, my feet burned until I went home and took a shower, and scrubbed them well with dish soap. I live in this town and don't go to seven eleven very often but I will stick with the 76 station across the street. Ps. To find out my car only has a 13 gallon tank according to the owners manual. And it pump 13.7 gallons

When it was Arco it was pretty bad. I've been living here for 10 years. The last two years have been down hill. The 7-11 is the new kid in town, but we have the same employees and the same bad attitude. No receipts at the pump ( as arco before), so I go inside to ask for my receipt all I get is attitude. If you need me as a customer you better earn my business, and you are not doing a good job. Some fundamental common sense practices are key for good business, but I guess it wasn't required on the job application. Management!! Pay your people right and make their job enjoyable or else we'll pump elsewhere even if it is more expensive. I can't run your store, but I can choose to go there. The ball is is your court. Have a nice day!!

I normally don’t go to 7-Eleven station, but yesterday was an exception. I was really busy on Harry and I stopped to get gas. I pumped over 10 gallons of fuel but I didn’t get any gas . 10 gallons!!!!! But my tank. still empty and went inside to talked to the manager. (Robyn )and she was very rude and not willing to help. She said that receipt said that you got over 10 gallons and is all I care about. there was nothing that she can do to help also said that my fuel gauge might not be working I kindly and respectfully ask her to go out with me to the pump, and I was gonna buy another 10 gallons of fuel and if the gauge didn’t move that I was gonna walk away an offer her an apology. she refuse to take my other 10 gallons purchase and asked me to leave an I was not allowed to be at that station anymore so I went outside immediately went to different pump and I purchase another 9+ sure enough fuel gauge started moving to read the fuel I just put in and went back inside to talk to the manager again She refused to talk to me or help me and also refuse to give me a new receipt for the new fuel purchase because there was no receipt at the pump. Also refuse to reimburse me for my original purchase or give me my fuel that I pay for And asked me to leave again, or she will call the cops on me. To throw me out of the station ….these people has not manners, disrespectful, unprofessional, pathetic management. They need to get people who are willing to help only one of the cashiers was kind and friendly. And she stated that they were having a lot of problems with the new system that was not working properly. Whoever is overlooking this location and Phelan Road and sheep creek in Phelan. Check this out. I get a automated reply from the “””owner”””””providing me with the link so I can email him for a resolution to this matter. Well I did email him and I haven’t get a response from no one just playing games with me and not even trying to do anything.

It has been over three weeks already and I haven’t heard from 7-Eleven complain department or the store manager about this problem. When I call 7-Eleven to do my complaint, they told me that someone from the claim department was going to call me within 24 to 48 hours and has been already over three weeks and haven’t heard from them ridiculous
