Asked around for any recommendations for an electrician. Several people recommended 5 Star. I’d give them 6 stars if I could! Appreciated the online scheduling, the rate schedules, confirmations, etc. Brayan was my assigned technician. He called 20 minutes prior to an on time arrival. Diagnosed the problem, agreed on the solution and had us back online with no problems.

5 Star Electric performed a service panel upgrade and charger install for me. All of the good things you read about Bruce in the reviews are true. His work ethic is impeccable. He takes the time to make sure the job is done correctly. And his rates are competitive.

But what’s great is how well Bruce and his team communicated throughout the job. He talked me through the different options and got a quote to me almost immediately. He gave me a specific time and called ahead to let me know when he was 10 minutes away. He can be hard to book, but well worth the wait.

This service cost more than I had paid for an electrician before; however, you pay for excellence. The communication and transparency was greatly appreciated. When I called I was directed to schedule an appt on their website. On the website, you can see the estimated costs. I tried another electrician to see if the cost might be less, but got a recording to leave a message, so I scheduled with 5-Star and everything went smoothly. I was able to get an appt within 24 hours, received timely confirmations, reminders, and communications. Brian, the electrician, was polite, professional, and focused on solving our multiple outlet failure. He fixed our outlets and provided useful information. The billing process was easy and efficient.
