Ordered a 1st gen front bumper and waited about a month. No biggie, I was more than pleased when it arrived. Things a tank with amazing welds and fitment.

Bought a DIY rear bumper kit and couldn't be happier. I built the front bumper and rock sliders myself, so I can appreciate the work that goes into engineering this rear bumper. I couldn't have done it myself, so it is worth every penny.

After I got the main bumper built without the swing arms, I was eager to get out wheeling, so I took a hiatus from assembly for a few months. Once I got back around to completing it -- months after I purchased the bumper -- I still had questions and they were very helpful and quick to answer. Thank you Luke and team!

(Holds a 60" hi lift jack, and a 37" tire, with a fold down tray, and I'm planning to add rotopax in the near future.)

Quality stuff, great design,. Those of you negatively commenting, understand the quality and volume of bumpers they sell is huge, If you go by there shop there are pallets shipping daily they are very busy. (They don't have time to BS on the phone!!!) Go to Moab, Rubicon, almost every 80 series had a 4x4 Labs rear bumpers. There is a reason quality product. After my last trip I will be swapping my ARB front for a 4x4 Labs front,. Much better recovery points and clearance on the 4x4 Labs...

I think 4x4 Labs makes a great product. I’m definitely happy with the bumper system I ordered. However, the customer service experience has been disappointing. The tire swing arm sent to me was built for a different vehicle. They agreed to make it right if I would send it back to them, and they would reimburse the return shipping. Although they did make the swing arm right, they left me hanging for $100+ in shipping fees to fix their mistake. They have been ignoring my emails for months now.

really bad customer service. they never answer the phone, no email communication. I was willing to buy a bumper from them, but you need to get the info first, you are not buying a couple hundred dollars parts.
