They pay their employees to give 5 star reviews for a $10 subway gift card. Claiming “disgruntled employees”

Very disappointed. General Manager and his wife work there if she doesn’t want you there it’s over. I enjoyed my little time there due to that you cannot run a business with personal life. I feel it was babysitting without care to the employees and customers.

Clueless on customer service. In a previous position at a company we had used Conolec with marginal results and had eventually eliminated them (this was several years ago). Gave them another chance 3 years back and all was well for a while....but no more. Things deteriorated over time. Be prepared to wait a long time for any response on projects and also expect to get conflicting information that will cost you project schedule time. I believe there was a change in ownership in the past couple of years and that may have led to the tone-deaf communication.
