Reviews are spot on. Another figure it out for yourself place.1 st time loading here.
Left on 3M all the way down the hill to
the last gate. Turn left and find a parking spot.
Walk to the scale house. Radio inside to
contact shipping.Bruce Oakley trucks cover the place up.Take your lunch.No problem with
shipping or the loader.

This place is joke. Do not load here if you have a choice, they are rude over the CB and you’ll sit there 24 hours easy. Honestly they need new management, because it’s way better 3M elsewhere.

This place is so completely incompetent it’s comical.
It is so poorly managed/operated that other 3M facilities poke fun at it.
Loading here will actually cost you as a driver because your electronic log will certainly run out of time.
These folks seem to be here just for the paychecks because they do not seem to display any regard or a sense of accomplishment and or pride in their job.

On the other hand there could exist a work environment here which is so completely hostile that employees simply don’t care. The environment could squash any suggestions by employees which could streamline productivity.

Either way it is a truly sad place to load roofing granules. Very Sad…….
Don’t let this one place sour you on loading at other 3M facilities across America. The rest of 3M is excellent to do business with.

Sat for close to 16 hours because they had to make color i was loading. Loader over loaded my drive by 2500 lbs, because I wasn't over 80000 lbs could not dump excess off,made it to Oklahoma and had a blowout. Do your loaders not know how to operate the equipment. It seams every time they do that. Tell them 12 tons in front hopper and 13 1/2 tons in back, but they always get it backwards.

Place is a joke. It's set up mostly for repeat visitors. If it's your first time here to load just know that there's no instructions anywhere. Nothing really marked or labeled. You communicate with the control room via radio and the cheap radio paired with different accents create one heck of a communication barrier. They become agitated if they have to repeat something more than twice. Shift change takes 2hrs.

Staff there were all professional. They explained all safety concerns and covid awareness. Overall great company and staff. They were precise and straight to the point with instructions. Made me feel as if VMC and Terra First was part of their 3m family. Can't wait to return with another load. It makes it easy to deliver and work hard for a customer like 3M Little Rock AR.
