I spoke with Collin regarding my current unit and the changes I have had in my needs since I purchased the first unit. I am so grateful to Collin for being so supportive and knowledgeable about my current situation. Was very patient and understood my concerns and needs. He explained in detail my current unit and its capabilities. As my needs have changed so drastically he recommended an upgraded unit that will be perfect for me. He made it affordable and went through the information regarding the upgraded unit in detail, what the purchase of the unit includes. David Baum did an excellent job answering all questions relating to my purchase of a personal portable oxygen concentrator. He discussed the various machines and helped me decide which would best meet my physical and fiscal needs. He was very patient, personable, professional and knowledgeable. I received my device within 4 days and took it out for a try immediately. It has worked well, is very quiet and seems to be exactly what I need. I look forward to getting out more and more.

Nathaniel Johnson made the process of getting my mom a portable concentrator very easy. Yes it is an expensive unit, but I feel it is the best one on the market for my mom's needs. The shipping and processing was very quick and we received it within a few days. It is a lot lighter than her little bottle, it lasts her a lot longer so she's not worried about running out of air, this makes her very comfortable. It is an easy device to set up and use which makes her happy that she can be independent. So far very satisfied with the service and device.

Sold inferior product. Zen- 0 by GCE. Had multiple issues their only suggestion was spend more money to upgrade to another brand. Now they will not correct their problem and buy back this unit because it was GCE. Seems they want the customer who they sold GCE units to, to correct their problem. They did not stand behind the products they sold. If you decided you could not afford to upgrade they just wait for customer to pass and refuse to buy back. How cruel and morbid.
All these high star reviews obviously they have not experienced an issue with equipment. And the $500.00 dollar extra insurance was useless to us. Read carefully very limited.

If you notice anyone who purchase GCE products were given the run around because they knew inferior product and did not want to lose income by solving the problem and helping the clients. To solve problem they would have to return purchase price of the problematic GCE product which would have been too much for the company. Instead they decided to sacrifice the GCE owners to keep their profit. Heartless.

I purchased an in-home and portable concentrator from this company in the past year (2023) and so far, I am satisfied with the units. I worked with Nathaniel Johnson who was very helpful in regard to my questions and concerns. Wish the prices were better, but the products look, feel, and operate like quality, and I can feel a bit safer living with COPD.
